ANN'S TUESDAY DINNER


panfried asian marinated pork tenderloin, rice w/eggs topped w/nanami togarashi, & salad of mache, argula, & japanese cucumbers.

pork marinated in mirin, rice vinegar, fish sauce, & soy w/ginger, garlic & hot chili peppers.
