THURSDAY NIGHT DINNER & FRIDAY BENTO BOX LUNCH

this is tonkatsu, a japanese dish of breaded(panko)fried pork. i use pork tenderloin & add black & white sesame seeds & w/dash of nanami togarashi(a japanese spice mix). these are the pre-fried mini pork cutlets.

served w/homemade tonkatsu sauce & garlic rice noodles w/baby arugula.



ok. it's not a bento box. we don't have any of those. it's tupperware. it's more romantic to call it a bento box lunch. i squirted a bit of shiracha hot sauce on the noodles for ann's spice addiction. they also have habaneros in there.
